Good education needs adequate tools. That’s why we created the Educational Toolkit.
The Educational Toolkit is a collection of models, posters, and booklets, created by Flow Girl together with its partner. It’s an easy to use kit made for organizations to help educate youths on puberty, menstruation, and everything in between.
All educational materials in this toolkit have been co-created with Kenyan menstrual health experts, ensuring that the content reflects local expertise, cultural context, and evidence-based best practices.

The uterus model is hand made by our partner in Nairobi, the posters and booklets are printed in Nairobi, and the bags are sewn by our partners in Nanyuki. Supporting local businesses are something we take pride in!

How to apply
The purpose of this toolkit is to enable more organizations to deliver high-quality menstrual health and puberty education. To apply for the Educational Toolkit, please complete the following Expression of Interest form. If your organization is selected, we will contact you to request additional information as part of the application process.

The crocheted uterus model has been created to show students what the female reproductive system looks like and how it works. It consists of five different parts, and each part can be taken apart and put together to show the students the otherwise intricate system that can be difficult to understand.
